The building and location are excellent for visiting the key places in Cienfuegos. The swimming pool looked lovely, but it was too cool to enjoy. Pillows were very hard. Food in restaurant was nothing special at all meals. Rooftop bar was very nice.

Located right in the centre of town with pedestrian mall around the corner and lots of shops. The hotel rooms were huge and well appointed with lovely furniture. Bathrooms also very nice. Very charming smallish hotel. Rooms are very clean and modern, but still keep the colonial charm. The staff is EXTREMELY anxious to please the customers. Many perks were provided. The roof top bar is fantastic. Breakfast is served from a menu and is adequate.
