Service very poor, no milk of any kind available (I asked & was treated to a blank look) though room had poorly thought out but adequate tea/coffee facilities & the smallest fridge I've ever seen (couldn't even get 1 wine bottle in). Room was gigantic, but only seating, other than bed, was small loveseat & two dining chairs against the wall by teeeny eating table. The room I booked supposedly had full cooking facilities, but was 'unavailable' (no explanation) when we arrived. Offered no reduction in price or even an apology for substitution. Told to take it or leave it (had there been a choice I'd have left it). Hugely disappointing. more
