As with many others, we only stayed one night en route along the West Coast. That was mistake - we should have stayed longer. Trish is the best host we had in NZ. She helped us out so much, sorting our itineraries and recommending places to go. We spent 2 nights there and though we didn't take the scenic flight due to the misty weather, we throughly enjoyed ourselves. We'll be back again for the heli-hike. more
