Knightswood is located near the Franz Josef township, billed as a B&B Lodge. I don't know whether there are any industry standards defining types of lodging, but this turned out to be more of a "homestay" as it was not nearly as nice as most B&Bs and the word "lodge" probably conveys a quite different image to many people.

Our party of three booked two rooms between us for two nights, a double and single. My own tendency to favor B&B's over motels unduly influenced my choice here. (Lesson learned.)

Website photos of Knightswood are overly flattering. While the surrounding scenery is lovely, the house is a plain, boxy structure situated on a barren patch of land with no lawn or garden. Tiny plastic chairs and tables are set on a small concrete patch outside a couple of the first level bedroom doors; not nearly as inviting as a balcony shot depicted on the website.
