My wife and I booked this room through Expedia. When we arrived the manager told us that she could not find our reservation. We had the confirmation number and documentation from Expedia, but she seemed totally unwilling to help. She elected to take a long smoke break instead of help me. I ended up at this hotel because where I had the reservation was actualy a motel, and a terrible one. So I just drove by and stopped to check it out. The hotel was new, opened in July 2008 or so.
