We always enjoy staying at a Residence for the extra space. This was pretty nice but the room needed cleaning. There were spider webs in the bedroom on both the walls and the celings. Make sure they clean your room if you encounter this. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly! more

I am currently staying at this property while on business and there are definately some problems. It is a very busy place, well used and shows it. Housekeeping is very marginal. The common areas are not well kept, the hallways have needed vaccuming badly all week. My suite is OK but I have a broken ice maker and a coffee... more

Stayed here for 3 weeks in March for the Cherry Blossom Festival. Hotel in great location - right up the street from the only Outback in town and down the street from a good movie theater - only problem was with housekeeping and the breakfast staff.
