Stayed for only one night on our way to North Carolina but was so impressed with the service. The manager on duty was so helpful. We got in our room and realized the T.V. did not work and he immediately switched it out. We took the kids to the indoor pool and forgot towels he immediately went and brought us... more

We paid $50 + tax via Priceline for one night at the Residence Inn at Macon. We were extremely impressed with the room. The furniture was very nice, and the layout utilized every inch of space. We felt very comfortable in our Studio/Suite and we even took pictures so we could remember the way it's decorated and maybe get ideas... more

So, so.... Okay for a one niter. Lots of high school teams on the night we stayed. Staff accommodating. Room clean but a little dated. Renovation planned - customers can comment on new decor displayed in the lobby. Breakfast okay with real eggs, good coffee. more

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in a very long time. It was not clean. It smelled very bad. The sheets were not fresh. I did not want to step on the carpet. The lobby smelled as well. The morning breakfast was very basic but okay. We left the next morning to find another hotel... more

Me, my husband and 3 girls had a wonderful stay here. It all started when I needed to call to inform them that I was running late, and the attendant at that time put my mind at ease so I wouldn't have to continue to speed and told me to take my time and that our room would be available... more

OK, to be fair: You get some comforts of home (more space, full kitchen,), breakfast is satisfying, free wine, beer, appetizers nightly, dinner on Wednesdays, friendly staff, and this area is not known for great hotels. HOWEVER: The security lock was broken in my first room and maintence was not available on a Sunday night to fix it, so I... more

We always enjoy staying at a Residence for the extra space. This was pretty nice but the room needed cleaning. There were spider webs in the bedroom on both the walls and the celings. Make sure they clean your room if you encounter this. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly! more

We stayed here for a short weekend getaway... We were very happy with the hotel overall. It was very clean, nice. Even our 6 year old said, "Wow, it smells good in here!" when we first walked into the room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The pool was a nice temperature and clean. The hottub was not working... more

I am currently staying at this property while on business and there are definately some problems. It is a very busy place, well used and shows it. Housekeeping is very marginal. The common areas are not well kept, the hallways have needed vaccuming badly all week. My suite is OK but I have a broken ice maker and a coffee... more

Stayed here for 3 weeks in March for the Cherry Blossom Festival. Hotel in great location - right up the street from the only Outback in town and down the street from a good movie theater - only problem was with housekeeping and the breakfast staff. In the three weeks we were there housekeeping only would partially clean our room... more
