After sitting in a cramped car with a horrible sunburn all day long, we stopped at the Travelodge in Macon, Georgia. Let me tell you, if Alfred Hitchcock was looking for a prop for the movie "Psycho", he would be jumping for joy if he visited this motel. We basically needed a room for one night as a break between our real destinations. It was cheap and that's certainly what we got. Upon check-in they didn't even have a computer, you had to hand fill out a sign-in card. The room was not very clean and the air didn't work well. There some sort of bug in the... more

Check in was very very lenghty front desk was slow and we were the only ones checking in. Wanted to get a diffrent room that is why it was taking so long but finally just stuck with reservation because of length time it was taking to find another vacant room.
