The motel is older, amenity-poor, not-great beds and avg quality linens (OK, we were spoiled at the Warwick in Seattle!) but well-maintained. Our 3rd floor room itself was clean if spartan but beware also that on 3rd floor that "glorious view of the port" you paid extra for will be interrupted with ugly power lines right outside your window (see... more

A fine motel in all respects exceptionally well maintained with reasonable rates. If going by ferry to Victoria, this is a very good place to stay. Nice continental breakfast as well. more

I've stayed here several times for both business and pleasure and have never been disappointed. Nor have I ever paid more than $80 for a room. The front desk staff are pleasant and helpful. The location is close to a nice selection of restaurants (as well as a local health food and major grocery store). The decor is a little... more

Good location within easy walking distance to downtown and ferry docks. The room was quiet and comfortable for a good nights rest. A bit pricey, but comparably priced to the neighboring hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. more

Okay, there are two kinds of hotels I like to use on my vacations: one is just a clean place to stay with useful things in the room like coffee maker, fridge, and microwave for an affordable price for when I'm out and about doing things. Then there are the more luxurious ones I look for that cost more, but... more

The room itself was comfortable if dated and not real crisp. We were in room 225, which has a balcony and a glorious view of the port. The room was a bit over-priced for the quality but very close to what the Quality Inn next door was getting. The staff was friendly. more

The room (224) was clean and we had an excellent view. The decor in the room is dated and the bed was comfortable. The elevator smelled bad and the stairways were dark. Continental breakfast included: good sized muffins, bananas, apples, bagles, pre-packaged pastries, and the usual hot and cold drinks. There was coffee and tea in-room and the complimentary shampoo/soap/lotion... more

Our room was clean and comfortable with a twin bed and a double. There was a nice writing desk and a table. There are many restaurants nearby- try the Kokopelli Grill for dinner. The lobby is host to a small breakfast choice of packaged muffins, danish & bagels, with juice and coffee. It is located just up the hill from... more

We stayed at this hotel one night before catching the ferry. This is a MOTEL and very dated and old. The lobby is dark and shabby, the rooms also. Everything is old. Our room was very cramped barely can walk past the bed to the tiny bath. No sink area to put anthing down. Practically no closet. The tv would... more

We stayed overnight in Port Angeles, enroute to Victoria BC. Port Angeles is a pretty dumpy place, so we were apprehensive as we looked for a hotel (the original hotel we had booked was completely unacceptable). We were suprised to have a very clean room with a lovely view of the ferry harbor. The owners were accomodating and polite, inviting... more
