Comfortable room, but loud background noises; pick a different hotel. More

There are two Marriotts in downtown Salt Lake City, so you have to be careful. The better of the two is definitely the Marriott City Center. Newer, nicer, cool outdoor ice rink next door, and great service. Starbucks in lobby. All Good. More

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. The room is large and clean. It's quite centrally located and it's within walking location to most of the city important location. More

Great location near excellent dining. Our room was on an upper level overlooking the ice skating rink. All the trees were decorated with colored lights and it looked beautiful. If you don't want to go out in the cold they have plenty of indoor facilities including a golf game. The parking is underground and safe. Our room was very comfortable,... More

We stayed here a few days before Christmas. The lobby is small, but neat and clean and the service is very good. We were able to check-in early. The room is good size and comfortable, especially the bed. There is only one restaurant and it served very good food. There is also a Starbucks. Wi Fi in the room is... More

This is a solid Marriott, and there isn't much to say beyond that. The rooms are spacious and clean (especially the bathrooms), and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room service options are good, and the room service staff were all friendly and helpful. I was staying here on business, so didn't use any of the amenities beyond... More

Stayed at the hotel for one week and really experienced great service. The only downfall was that the hotel restaurant was under renovation; however, that's great they are upgrading the hotel. The hotel is clean & the staff very helpful...especially the valet employees & bellmen. Super helpful and at your beckoning call. Also, super close to tons of restaurants. My... More

Spent the last two nights at this Marriott and loved it. We have stayed at several Marriott hotels and Marriott Vacation Resorts in the past, and this was our first at this hotel. Very convenient location for many restaurants and pubs. Various shopping places such as The Gateway are easily accessed via the public transportation rail line called Trax. Visitors... More
