Very spacious, well appointed rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. Ultra clean, good breakfast,pleasant pool area. Great place to stay! Large vanity area, huge closets. Kitchen very adequate, although I didn't use it.

I don't get the great reviews. This is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, but the carpeting was dirty and badly stained. The furniture was also badly stained and sagging. We stayed for 7 nights in September. We had a spacious room on 3rd floor which was fully equipped with everything we needed including a kitchen and a fireplace. I spent two weeks here and have to say I loved it, the hotel has a real homely feel and I felt very much at home. The only possible negative is that the gym is tiny and there were a couple of times I couldn't use the facilities. Good rooms, great breakfast and amazing staff :-)

The reason I gave a 4 versus a 3, is because of the customer service. The staff we very attentive and nice. The hotel is under some renovation, but as of right now it is a bit outdated and somewhat confusing. The location and view can't be beat, and the breakfast was good an consistant.
