I have come to expect great things from the Hilton Garden Inn chain. I have stayed in Spokane and now in SLC. Excellent customer service seems to be the norm for this organization. Just really great service from everyone. They make you feel so welcome. The rooms are awesome. more

Comfortable hotel located 4 blocks SW of downtown centre. Free parking, use of computers, late checkout (12.00), but no breakfast included. Very similar in price and style to AmeriTel Inn in Twin Falls, but without the breakfast. My wife and I stayed for four days at this hotel in mid August. Everyone including front desk personnel, the morning cook and waitresses, and the maids were very all excellent. Checkin and out was easily done. Would stay here again. more

I stayed at three Hilton Garden Inns on this trip. This was the third. They were all very consistent in terms of friendliness, comfort and cleanliness. There's a Japanese steak house next door. I didn't eat there but was told that it was good. more
