The management of this hotel is completely incompetent. Never stay here. They botched everything, then lied about it. They do not care about their customers. Do not stay here. It's not for nothing that this hotel is rated so poorly by TripAdvisor--near the bottom of all hotels in the entire city. more

Not a good place to stay. The airport shuttle was 1 hr late after we called we ended up taking a taxie back to the hotel to get our cars. The front desk people charged the whole group to my credit card after I told two different people that everyone was on there own He used VERY Bad language out... more

Well, I read the reviews and begged my office to change me out but with the outdoor retailers in town, I was basically stuck. I have had a sinus infection and some difficulty breathing anyway with the cold. I had reserved a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room. I opened the door and nearly gagged. I... more

We were put up at this hotel two nights ago by Delta Airlines, following a missed flight. What a HORRIBLE place!! The only nice thing about this was the lady at the front desk. She was certainly pleasant enough. The remainder of the staff left a little something to be desired. We arrived at the hotel at 10PM and checked... more

We missed our Delta flight connections coming back from Cancun. Lara, the front desk clerk was great. She informed us that this was a nightly occurance with Delta Airlines. Delta paid for the room. It was awful, dark dingy, and to top it off my husband and I got violently ill from the take out only restaurant food. NEVER Delta... more

Make sure you don’t leave anything behind. Chances of you getting your stuff back are very slight. Very dissatisfied with customer representatives at front desk. Sad part is we even got confirmation that item was found. Customer Service Representatives at front desk need some customer skills. more

I had the misfortune of staying at this airport hotel after missing my flight connection to California (my Delta flight was over an hour delayed in Newark when the flight crew failed to show up on time). The hotel was chosen and payed for by Delta. I definitely did not feel safe here. It was dark and dirty. There was... more

Don't stay here! This place is a dump. Dingy, dark hallway. Dark and dirty rooms. Furniture and bed covers had stains. Construction going on all around was loud. The food in the restraurant was just ok. I did not feel safe here and left for the airport as soon as possible in the morning. more

Waded through a construction site -- plywood, tools, sawdust, etc. -- on the way to my room. It was a non-smoking room with an ashtray... Wireless internet did not work as advertised -- I had to go to the lobby to get a signal. Room appeared to be recently-renovated and the bed was comfortable, though some of the furniture was... more

We stayed here for an early morning flight. Hotel smelled funky, wasn't the cleanest hotel and gave us a room where they were ripping out flooring next door for hours. We finally had to complain before they stopped. This place was about 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown, we would probably just stay downtown next time. more
