The hotel is fine as far as rooms, gym, pool, etc. are concerned. The staff is horrible. Some were very nice but it amazed me how no one had no answers when it came to questions of transportation, sightseeing or close by services. This is a resort where service is everything. Very relaxing stay. The atmosphere is awesome. The view from the (balcony) atrium room is well worth the extra cost. In the evening the view from the balcony, the music and the water show is something to enjoy. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delivered within 30 minutes, hot and delicious.
