Hotel is very new, only open for about 6 - 7 months from what I understand. The rooms are very clean, and have a "modern" decor to them. Close to plenty of restaurants,stores,etc. Just off highway. Covenient to border,large flea market. We used it as base for S. Padre during spring break,so savings made the 20 minute drive well worthwhile.
