WOW!!! I stayed here at this dump on Drag racing weekend from Oct. 8th-12th. We had stayed there in Oct. 2008 for the same races and even though the place was a dump, it was cheap and didn't have many problems just minor issues. We told the male owner who was from like India (who spoke very broken English) that... more

This place does not deserve the name hotel or pigsty for that matter. Hellhole, crap pit, come up with something. Most doors look like they have been broken into, the multilayers of carpet are sticky, parts are hanging out of theappliances, lights don;t work, beds are dirty..;. Ugh ugh and UGH! Do not even consider staying here.. move on, sleep... more

This was the worst night's "rest" that I have ever paid for. The light switch didn't work. The bedside lamp was unplugged. Sheets? Check. Hole? Check. The time on the alarm clock was wrong. The alarm clock's buttons were sticky and the dial on the side was broken. Hot water? Nope. Shower? If you like cold ones, sure! The bathroom... more

Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Torn bedding, smoke detector hanging from the wall, bathroom looked like a bus termimal from the 50's, miserable TV, generally a pit. more

We were traveling from NY to Raleigh and the traffic was terrible, so we stopped for the night. Our GPS said there was a travelodge, how bad could it be? Horrible!!! The sliding glass doors would not close, let alone lock. The toilet ran all night. When we pulled back the shower curtain in the morning, there was peeling paint... more

My room was broken into. The police showed up and said it was an inside job since you would need a key to get into my room. The owner refused to show up. Finally when the owner showed up the next morning, he denied the police department and I security footage. He claims I'm a liar, a drunk (I'm 19)... more

I stayed here last night. They stuck me on the 6th floor, the patio doors were screwed shut, the air conditioner did not work right, the bathroom was disgusting. The topper on this cake was the blood stained packets of sugar in the in-room coffee maker. The pool looked so dirty and cloudy, I do not know how the health... more

I came across the travelodge from a book, which offered a coupon with a decent rate.(on my way to florida) Decided to check in. The lobby looked great upon arrival. The staff was friendly. I was given a room ont he 4th floor. As the elevator door opened it smelled so nice. My room was very clean. They even had... more

This was by far the worst place we ever stayed! My daughter and I were down for the Nextel Cup race in Richmond last September. Everything bad that has been described of this place by others is 100% accurate. Plus the dead bolt lock didn’t work and the door chain was missing in our room and we had to deal... more

This hotel was the absolute worst hotel I have ever visited. I went with my baby son and my fiancee to visit for VSU's homecoming. When we first arrived, the exterior looked pretty decent. But don't let that fool you. We went inside and saw two lobby chairs looking raggedy as ever... But we looked past that. We paid for... more
