I stayed at the Isleta Casino & Resort Hotel for a business trip, but it definitely added some pleasure to my stay. First of all, the hotel is beautiful. When we checked in, the front desk hostess, Esther, was more than accommodating. She switched our rooms a few times in order to give my boss and I rooms that were... more

My wife and I spent three nights at the Isleta Casino and Hotel for a small convention. Isleta is about ten miles south of the airport, so you are a long way from the University or Old Town. We are not gamblers, so we cannot evaluate the casino. The meeting facilities were first rate. We had an excellent lunch in... more

This review is only for "The Spa at Isleta". The facility was wonderful including a steam room, indoor hot tub, sitting area with a large screen TV, juices, water, fresh towels and robes, and a great shower. Outside, there is a large 8 person hot tub with a rainshower above hits right in the middle of the tub. The setup... more

New, clean, friendly staf, spacious room, access to Rail Runner commuter train to Albuquerque and Santa Fe, good music in Fusion (we heard a Jamaican/Creole group - great!). We do not gamble, but I recall they offer great odds on craps. Very easy access and parking - wish we had it so good in Las Vegas, NV! Fantastic that the... more

We had a wonderful stay at the Isleta. The rooms are ultra modern, clean and confortable. We loved how roomy it was and quiet. The staff was friendly. The restaurants have yummy food. Casino slots are extremely tight. The pool is beautiful and the work out room was great. The hotel is outside of Albuquerque, but just a short dirve... more

I don't gamble so can't comment on the casino except for that it reeks of smoke. I couldn't even get past the door it was so bad. It's so strong in the casino that the entire hotel has faint smell of cigarette, even though it's non-smoking. If you are the gambler type/drinker type, you should know that you can't drink... more

We stayed at this location Sept. 16 through the 18th. We stayed here in the spring and we were sent comp nights for this stay. We used to stay at Sandia and it is much nicer and we discovered the machines to be looser at Sandia this time.(Maybe the competition helps). The rooms are still fairly new, but they seem... more

My wife and I stayed here in September of 08. We couldn't say enough good things about it then. Now it's a different story. We were just there again from July 6th through the 9th. Upon checking in we were told that they had called all of their visitors that were going to be staying during this period to advise... more

To look at the pictures of the glamourously lit hotel/casino with subdued mountain ranges in the background would make you think you're about to descend into a wonderland. Then you arrive. I booked my family-hubby, teenage son for 4 days at Isleta (3 days would have sufficed) and found the experience to be a strange mix of good and just... more
