This review is a little late in coming. I'm normally more on top of things, but I got sidetracked planning our next vacation. TA can be a blessing and a curse! The Los Poblanos is in a fantastic location for exploring Albuquerque. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The grounds are gorgeous...even prior to the... more

I highly recommend the Los Poblanos Inn which is located about 4 miles from Old Town Albuquerque. My wife and I spent 1 night at this Inn in early July 2008 and thoughoughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very pleasant and clearly had a sense of pride and knowledge about the historic ranch. Our room and bed were... more

Absolutely lovely grounds and inn. It's a peaceful, quiet lavender farm along the Rio Grande. The drive is tree-lined, and you know you're entering an enchanted place. Lush and green, hard to believe it's in arid country. The scents of lavender, ah! Designed by John Gaw Meem, father of the Santa Fe style, the rooms are gracious, the courtyard enchanting.... more

As Albuquerque residents we became enchanted with the inn and farm setting and decided it would be the perfect place to have a daytime wedding. The grounds, architecture and decorations/art work are breathtaking and original. The staff were attentive and professional, property well cared for and on site lodging a huge plus. The multiple gardens are fantastic for guests to... more

My family and I spent a week in April at Los Poblanos. It was the most enjoyable time we've had in a long time. We had just returned home from Ischia, Italy in October and this was as wonderful without having the high Euro to deal with or the language difference. Infact, when you enter the grounds of Los Poblanos... more

This is an amazing place! A former residence built in the '30s with beautifully landscaped gardens and an organic lavender farm on site. It borders a city park, so it's peaceful and very quiet. Every detail is taken care of and you'll feel like royalty at a very reasonable price. Oh and the staff is very helpful and friendly. A... more

We were enchanted by our stay at Los Poblanos in late September. Original art prints in our room, expansive views across garden and fields, outdoor courtyard for breakfast, library for internet connection, a bed that felt close to home, nice accomodating staff, small number of rooms, working farm, peacocks roaming the grounds. What's not to love about all that? We... more

What a beautiful old inn. They have a Lavender farm on the premises and their toilet amentities are their own and wonderful. We loved that they left you little ear plugs to sleep away with the peacocks roaming. I had never seen a white peacock and it was beautiful. Very nice rose gardens as well. Breakfast also a treat. Highly... more

Los Poblanos is a lovely place to stay in ABQ, it truly gives you the feel of the SW. Each room opens into a large courtyard with tables and fountains and flowers, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Our suite was very spacious and clean and the views of the gardens was great. It is... more

I am a business traveler three times a year to the Albuquerque area, and I've been visiting Los Poblanos for over five years. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Albuquerque. There are no beds more comfortable, no air more fresh, no breakfast more delicious than those found on this working farm...Where else can you wake up to see a... more
