Every detail of this inn was just perfect from the staff - Nancy is just lovely, thoughtful and attentive as was Steven in the gift shop - to the ready-to-light firewood in the fireplace, the comfy pillows and bed, the superb gourmet breakfast and coffe in the morning, the courtyard and random peacocks, the lavender farm. It was our first... more

Being a resident of Albuquerque for 15 years, it was amazing that a place of this beauty and prestige had been hidden away from the general knowledge of the public. A place of great history and culture my family was honored to share in the glory of Los Poblanos. Un pretentious yet with a class and refined beauty unlike anywhere... more

I lived in Albuquerque for several years in the 80s and have returned to visit every 2-3 years since. Los Poblanos is by far the most charming and characteristic lodging in the Albuquerque area (and maybe Santa Fe, as well). The buildings, designed by influential neo-Pueblo architect John Gaw Meems, are fascinating in their architectural detailing and generous spaces. By... more

We recently spent 3 nights at Los Poblanos with our 16 yr old daughter. We had last stayed there in 2000 and were not disappointed upon our return! The buildings and decor are stunning. The gardens are lush and gorgeous. The food and hospitality are outstanding. The setting makes you feel that you have stepped back in time and are... more

We stayed at Los Poblanos this summer and it was a beauiful escape from our busy lives in Boston. The historic property is located in the North Valley of Albuquerque, an exquisite area close to Old Town, bike paths and downtown Albuquerque. The property is well maintained with beautiful historic lawns, and the staff went out of their way to... more

My Mom and sister stayed 3 nights at Los Poblanos on a girls trip. It was the end of our week long trek in New Mexico, and it was the BEST portion of our trip. The staff at Los Poblano were VERY welcoming, and the owners (if around) are so proud to share their slice of heaven. If you stay,... more

I fell in love the moment I arrived. Los Poblanos is a true representation of what is best about New Mexico. From the inn's stylish but cozy suites, to the heritage of the farmland where your organic breakfast is grown, LP has thoughtfully considered every facet of your experience. Bringing sophistication to the farm without pretension, there is something here... more

We loved Los Poblanos - it was like staying at a great-aunt's house. The room was comfortable, the breakfasts and snacks excellent, the courtyard charming. There is good walking right from the inn, and it is only minuets from downtown and the University fo New Mexico neighborhood. The bathrooms are ancient and worn but functional. It was a peaceful environment,... more

The property is beautiful, tree lined, secluded, and tranquil. It sits near the Rio Grande so the grounds are more temperate than one normally finds in Albuquerque. There are peacocks freely roaming who are beautiful but can make loud chilling screams. However, they were quiet during our visit. We stayed at the property in the winter so I can't comment... more

Los Poblanos was a dream come true....first of all the staff is just amazing, they are at your beck and call offering goodies and daily trip ideas. The surroundings at Los Poblanos transport you to another country...it reminded my husband of our trip to Naples Italy. The grounds are covered with fun spots to sit, relax and enjoy an afternoon... more
