Although this is a "chain" hotel, I recommend it if you are staying in Albuquerque. It is about 10 minutes walk from Old Town, and has plenty of free parking. The rooms are fine - but if you want a nice big window, ask them NOT to give you a room ending in 20. We had this room on our... more

The owners of this hotel pay attention to detail. Nothing is out of place; all areas of the hotel are cleaned daily. All rooms are updated. And, everything works. We even met a vendor in the parking lot who was bringing in refurbished chairs and tables and he told us he does that weekly; picks up ones to be done... more

My teenage son and I were booked to stay a few nights, and if it wasn't for the midnight arrival after flight cancellations and delays, we wouldn't have even stayed that one night. Dirt, dust (and not the Desert kind....the dust bunny kind) everywhere. Moldy shower tiles and curtain, soap scum in tub......need I continue? The next day we checked... more

I obtained a room rate of CAD500/pw using hotels.com. I stayed in a room facing the I40, so there was traffic noise, but I was ok with that. The I40 was about 75 yards away. The Rio Grande Blvd has ramps to the I40, and two gas stations opposite the hotel, so the hotel is convenient for cars. The pool... more

My wife and I stayed there for three days. Location is good, within walking distance of Old Towne and right off I-40. Immediate neighborhood has really nothing interesting. Room was clean w/King bed. AC was a bit noisy; bathroom was clean and modern. Our main complaint was the service in the dining room. Breakfast was not included in the price,... more

I went on a pleasure trip this summer and stayed at this hotel. Was I ever glad that I did! Everything was clean. The front desk workers were friendly, helpful, and a few went over and above. This hotel was a short walk into Old Town, and also offered free shuttle rides to key points close by, including the Aquarium/Zoo/Bio Park... more

I stayed here for a business trip On February 25th and 26th of 2009. My first impression of the hotel room was that is was just ok. It had a little bit of that dirty feel to it, but didn't seem too bad...UNTIL I went to use the shower. There were "clean" folded towels on a rack to use, and... more

We arrived around midnight on a Friday night to this Best Western and there was nothing around that was open. We ended up walking quite a distance to an all night diner and then took a cab back to the property. The staff was very attentive and the room was nice but could use a bit of an update. The... more

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the experience very much. We had a King Study room which was a good size, with a comfy armchair as well as the desk and ergonomic chair. Good Internet connection both cable and wireless and a nice bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained including the guest laundry. Staff were helpful and friendly and... more
