Was here for a meeting at the hotel. Location good for the restaurants on Central Avenue although taxi or bus advised to get to Old Town. Got a very good rate with AAA, including full buffet breakfast, which was nice- you could get eggs cooked to order if you didn't want scrambled. The servers were good, too. My room was... more

I stayed here in October, 2009. Overall its a better than standard hotel with nice people. The rooms are comfortable, the elevators are quick (even from the upper floors). The work out area is somewhat small, but it offers very nice equipment. There is only an outdoor pool which was closed due to weather. Restaurants in the area, both inside... more

Went to Albuquerque for a conference. Chose this hotel b/c short walk to convention center. Rooms are standard for a Hyatt. Dirty hallway carpets and dirty lobby floors. Business center only had computers no copy, fax or shipping service. Staff was very nice. more

Visited Albuquerque for Conference and stayed in Hyatt in Downtown area.Hyatt is a normal Hyatt - part of a chain so consistent quality of rooms etc. US service in Hotels is quite quite different than in Europe and this can be very unsettling. The waitress at breakfast kept asking me what I would like and put a lot of concern... more

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a view of the mountains which was lovely. The staff were helpful. The one negative was the restauran--foodt was expensive and not very good. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and many nice stores. It was a great jumping off place for the places we... more

Hectic arrival without rooms to spare we were kindly put on the 15th floor in a room with a mountainview. When the door opened the room had an abnoxious smell of chemicals much like formaldahyde presumably from cleaning we thought.....WRONG the room was filthy ..the carpet didn't appear cleaned....the bathroom smelled of stagnant water/sewage and the drains seemed rather slow.... more

stayed here for one night on the way back to las vegas after a three week road trip...the hotel is a typical hyatt property, very nice, clean, but leaving something to be desired...the room was nice, and the hotel itself was quiet with the exception of some idiots being loud in the pool at 6 a.m. We got a good... more

We recently returned from a 7000 miles road trip through 8 states. This hotel was the worst property that we stayed at. The only staff there who appeared to have it together was the parking valets. My husband and I arrived at our room to find chilled champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and I thought this was a wonderful surprise... more

I spent 4 nights at the Albuquerque Hyatt Regency while I attended a conference across the street at the Convention Center. The main thing that the hotel has going for it is its staff and service. They are friendly, helpful and really make the effort to make their guests feel at home. On hospitality you can’t go wrong with this... more
