Arrived late at night. Hair in the sink. Dust on all the furniture. Dirty carpets and stairwells. Complained the next day and got $10 off, but what else did I leave with, I wonder. more

Rooms were scarce in this area due to the Baloon Festival this week. We chose La Quinta because it was fairly near the Festival Park and the rates were not as outrageous as other places. Continental breakfast was a bad joke; Vending machine muffins, green bananas, bagels and the worst cup of freshly brewed coffee I have ever tasted. I... more

We asked if they would honor a travel coupon and there was no problem. The room was clean, facility easy to find, and good value at $53. more

LaQuinta North is a great place to stay in Albuquerque. Don't be put off by its distance from Downtown, UNM and Old Town - all of them are less than 15 minutes away by car. The rooms are completely soundproof!! (How quiet?? While we were there, an elderly man backed his car THROUGH the brick wall into his room. It... more

Don't plan on sleeping in when you stay here. Their pet-friendly policy excludes being sleep-friendly to other guests. I was awakened by a dog-walker's constantly yapping mutt at 5:00pm from a nap on my first afternoon there. I complained to the front desk and gave an approximate room number and was told there wasn't much they could do. The next... more

We have had to travel to Albuquerque several times in the last few months; twice we stayed at this hotel. The first time we stayed, I would give the hotel 3.5 stars - we had a clean room, everything was functional. The breakfast was a bit spartan - nothing hot, just some yogurt, cold cereal, bagels, but for the price,... more

I stayed at the Albuquerque north hotel over the weekend. It was one of the worst experiences in a hotel I have ever had. I was paying $186.00/per night for a room that normally goes for a lot less a night . (it was the balloon festival so I expected to pay more) BUT, upon checkin we discovered the alarm... more

Arrived a little early, but was given another room to check in to. Check-in process quick and easy. This is a 2-story motel, all rooms open to the outside, we had a room on the 2nd floor. Very clean room, comfortable beds, bathroom was very small, coffeemaker on the sink. We drink GALLONS of coffee, and front desk staff glady... more

Arrived at the hotel about 20 minutes prior to check-in. The guest service employee allowed us to go ahead and check in and enjoy our room. THe room was nice and quiet and suprisingly large. (King size bed/room was requested). Wished that there was a small fridge, but that's not a big deal. more

I was dissappointed in this Inn, and I had booked two rooms. It was a "sold out" weekend for the Inn, but they were totally unprepared for the crowd. Housekeeping came to our room early, and I asked them to come back in about an hour when we had gone to our activity. Well, when we got back that evening,... more
