I second the "Typical Marriott" review. Likewise, stayed here recently for work. Typical Marriott: rooms seem small and hallway noise transfers into the room easily to the point of being rather annoying. Lobby has a small bar and restaurant and the food is quite good and reasonably priced. The lobby isn’t very large or grand and not someplace to linger.... more

I was very wary of staying in any hotel in Albuquerque after reading the reviews. I am used to staying in five star hotels, and am very fussy when it comes to service and in particular cleanliness. I did stay on the concierge floor, and really enjoyed the lounge. I was just as happy with the lounge as I am... more

Stayed here recently for work. The hotel is typical Marriott, rooms seem small and hallway noise transfers into the room easily. Lobby has a small bar and restaurant and the food is quite good and reasonably priced. The lobby isn’t very large or grand and not someplace to linger. Nicely equipped workout facility. Internet access is pretty slow and I... more

Our family stayed at the Pyramids North location on the way through. On the way back I stayed here. I wish I would have stayed at the pyramids both times! I was not impressed with the cold feeling the lobby gave, not welcoming at all. I did not think the rooms were up to Marriott standards. I felt as if... more

We stayed at the Marriott Uptown for three nights. The hotel is very nice. The room was decorated nicely, spacious and had a nice view. The only complaint I would have about the room is that the pillows for the bed were not comfortable. They had all square pillows and not normal shapped pillows. The staff was friendly and were... more

I have stayed here numerous times since moving away from New Mexico. Is probably one of the more upscale hotels in Albuqueque and is in the center of the shopping action with several good restaurants close by. The room was clean and looked to be somewhat renovated. I recongnized the bed linens but the lamps and chair seemed new. The... more

First off, I travel primarily for business. So, this review is tailored towards that type of traveler. For this category of hotel, I believe it is above average for general services, check-in/out, amenities, and business services. The workout room is very modern with 4 treadmills, 2 elliptical machines, 2 recumbent bikes, a set of universal resistance machines, and dumbbells up... more

I attended a work event and stayed for 9 nights at this hotel. The hotel was recently remodeled and looks very attractive. A good addition was the flat screen tv in the room. Also the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were of high quality. They also threw in a listerine mouthwash. The decor was modern new-mexican. I had a... more

Typical Marriott hotel located near many restaurants and shopping. Stayed here two nights on business. Very clean room although rather small. Nice updates to bathroom and new flat screen tv since my visit last year. When I asked about nearby restaurants, the front desk staff always pointed to restaurant in the hotel. I had to specifically ask what was in... more

I stayed at the Albuquerque Marriott for two weekday nights in December, 2007. This is a standard Marriott with some New Mexico flavor in the lobby and restaurant. It is well located at the Louisiana Blvd. interchange on I-40. I had a room at the far end of the hotel from the freeway and could hear only very slight traffic... more
