I have never experienced anything as weird as this. We checked in (my boyfriend and I), went to the room to discover 2 double beds, no biggie. but we really wanted a king 1 bed room. we called to the lobby to ask if they had any, they said they didnt. i asked if...since we had been in the room... more

WARNING: BED BUGS!!! Rooms 101, 103 and 107 Manager Bobby Patel not responsive. Desk clerks seem nervous about helping. Toilet had a stain at the bottom of the bowl, a long hair found in the bed on the sheet. Marks on the wall where bugs were squashed. more

Booked 3 rooms for the Balloon Fiesta reported the bedbugs on the first (Friday) night after being bitten all over my body-was assured by Uman that they'd take care of it. The manager, Bobby Patel, never contacted me but since Uman said they would clean and spray I thought it would be o.k. The room looked cleaner than when we... more

I used to stay at this Inn in the past, but now I wouldn't stay there again. I was very disappointed in the room (#164) & (#111). The first room had a sink that would not let the water go down the drain, a leaky faucet, dirty sheets with hair on the sheets and pillow case, I got bit twice... more
