we stayed at the econo lodge in crescent city on my birthday oct 13,2008 we had a large black widow in the bathroom also the lady at the desk was very rude. they were remodeling and the place was noisey. The beds were old and hard the room was not exactly what I would consider clean. more

I said in Rm 133 on 6/23/08. The was a little dirty. The continental breakfast was a little fruit which was all gone but one bad apple, stale fruit loops and no milk, waffles and no syrup. I recently stayed at the Econo Lodge for 9 days. Work and pleasure trip. I have previously stayed at Lighthouse Inn, Crescent Beach Motel, and Curley Redwood Lodge, all worthy establishments. Econo Lodge was very clean and has a refegerator, microwave, instant hot water for showers, coffee pot, 60+ channels w/ HBO, in-room wireless internet ,AND, a KING size bed.... more

This was a terrible experience!!! The room was old, the lighting bad, paneled walls, not quite clean. There was not even milk with the breakfast. No pool. I would never stay there again. more
