My boyfriend and I stayed at the Alpine Trail Ridge Inn this summer, and we were both very satisfied with the accommodations. Don't be fooled by the curb appeal, or lack thereof-this place is very deceiving from the outside. Also, the room pictures featured on the Alpine's website just didn't do it justice-it was actually much nicer and we were... more

We stayed here after a six-day stay in Denver on business. We had a king-sized bed and it was way more comfortable than the hotel in Denver. This hotel was very clean, and the room was plenty large enough for the two of us. There was a microwave, refrigerator, chair with ottoman, and a table that we could eat at... more

We would like to thank all our reviewers for their positive and candid comments. We are now closed for the season until May 1. 2010, so we tend to drop a few notches in the ratings due to lack of reviews. Overall, our remodeling and improvements over this last winter were well received, and we received some important feedback on...

The inn is like motels of bygone times where you park in front of your room. Our room was pretty small but very clean, tiny bathroom. We traveled with two grandchildren and we had a wonderful time. The motel did not provide breakfast but did have a fridge so we brought food in. The staff was so helpful and friendly,... more

We found this motel-style lodging to be perfect for our side trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. The accommodations were an excellent value. The room was simple but very clean. Best of all, the inn is about as close as you can be to RMNP. It makes for an easy pre-sunrise visit to the park, or to pop back for... more

We visited September 26 - 30th... fantastic Estes Park location (near Rocky Mountain National Park entrance); great staff; very knowledgeable regarding hikes; very comfortable and well equipped room with fridge, microwave, free internet, hairdryer, etc. We were late in checking out and the staff were very patient with us. Excellent value - we'll be back for sure!!! more

I totally agree with all the positive comments made in previous reviews. My wife and I stayed here for a short weekend get away and the the rooms were absolutely wonderful. Ours was probably one of the smallest rooms but it was so clean and cosey. All the appliances, sink, shower, bed sheets were just plain clean. Couldn't ask for... more

This hotel has excellent location to Rocky Mountain National Park and we've stayed here quite a few times now. This trip, we stayed here 2 nights one weekend, then 1 night at the end of the week (we were traveling all around). The niceness of the room sort of depends on which building you're in. While the staff does an... more

We spend over 75 nights a year in hotels and motels, primarily Holiday Inn Expresses. The Alpine Trail Ridge Inn was the best experience we have had in several years. The place is amazingly clean. The room was usable and comfortable. The room feels like it is maintained and cared for with love. We had a balcony room with a... more
