Staff: They were extremely helpful. Very knowledgable regarding the RMNP, trails, what to do about driving. shuttles, etc (truly expert advice) and very friendly. You really couldn't ask for more from this hotel. It has all of the ammenities that you would expect to see in larger hotels --> Comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets, working refrig and microwave, hairdryer, desk/chair and a view to die for..
