We stayed for four days in October. The cabins are small, but very clean. Do not expect the Ritz. If you have more than 2 people per cabin expect to be cramped. My husband, 2 children, mother, and I stayed here the weekend of September 22nd, 2006. Upon arrival, I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the 2 bedroom cabin. Friends recommend Rustic River to us. They stay there at least once per year and we are now doing the same. I found the Rustic River cabins a very nice place to stay. The cabins are small and rustic but decorated very nicely. Very close to Hwy 34 but it seems that a lot of other hotels, etc are close... more

Estes Park is not an inexpensive place to spend the night. Still, for the cost of the cabin we stayed at (in June--cabin # 2), I felt we could've done better somewhere else.
