This is an older hotel, with a wing with no elevator. To ask an older couple to carry their own bags up a flight of stairs is sad, especially as a long time member of their Priority Club. The hotel clerk could not give us a room on the ground floor, and didn't seem to try too hard to find... more

I'll begin by saying that this review will be slightly "jaded" due to circumstances that would not typically be a problem for most travelers looking to book a room at this hotel. Our reservation made through the corporate Holiday Inn booking line, was lost. More on how this Holiday Inn dealt with it will come later. That being said, I'll... more

Room was nice enough. Comfortable bed! Good heater too. (We actually had to use it in July!!) The motel provided microwave popcorn & Pop/bottled water in our room which I thought was nice. Best "toiletries" of our whole trip -- horded them to bring home! The internet access was down due to a storm & when we inquired about it... more

We've stayed in three other Holiday Inns this past year that have been updated with new bedding and beds and have been pleased with the comfort of the rooms. This hotel appears to have been updated, but they must of purchased cheaper mattresses than the other Holiday Inns we stayed at. The bed was so hard that I had to... more

I got an extremely unpleasant case of bedbugs during my stay at the Estes Park Holiday Inn & Conference Center! At first this hotel seemed OK, perhaps a bit frayed here and there. However, on each of my 5 mornings waking up, I had ~5-10 new red spots. First on my midriff, then on hands, arms, legs, face. They became... more

Don't let the exterior fool you. The halls & exterior are outdated but the rooms are nice. They have new bedding and seems like they've upgraded some. Good location, clean, and good customer service. more

We were disappointed to find that there was no elevator in the wing that we were in. The hotel has the appearance of an aging hotel. The buffet breakfast for $9.25 was comperable to many expanded contenental breakfasts that are complementary at other places. We have been traveling for 3 months and have paid from $65 to $99 per night... more

Stayed here five nights while on recent vacation. Pretty much vintage Holiday Inn circa 1980s. No major complaints, it was OK for a place to sleep. Parking was all on one side of hotel, requiring trek to room on far side each time. Would pay extra to stay at another place with a balcony or somewhere to sit outside in... more

I agree with the last review; in that, our room was also very dated. The carpet had a faint unpleasant odor. But we were only staying one night and the hotel was sold out so we couldn't change rooms. On the positive, our room was spacious and beds were comfortable. What I was most pleasantly surprised by this hotel was... more

Our room seemed somewhat dated although it was reasonably comfortable. The was large but was dark. The room was at the back of the hotel annex with no views and access involved several flights of stairs which was a challenge with suitcases. Breakfast was not provided and the hotel is a long walk from downtown. A pillow service was advertised... more
