We found this place on Craig's list before we went to visit my sister who lives in the Armory District nearby. Wife and I just needed a place to sleep and cleanup after spending the day around Providence. We reserved both rooms in the loft in the Guesthouse for $46 a night per room. The price includes free wireless Internet, but since this is a guest house, there are no frills (no breakfast, no soap in the bathroom).
