We stayed at the Hotel Providence a week ago and were pleasantly surprised. We picked that hotel because we were going to see a show at the PPAC. That said, it was a perfect location. We had a five minute walk to the show. We had drinks in the lounge and then dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious... More

First of all, there are no really deluxe hotels in Providence, but having said that, the Hotel Providence does provide an ok "boutique" experience in the city. I should note that I have only stayed in the "King Suites" so I'm not sure how the regular rooms are. The good things: decent sized rooms, some nice artwork, helpful and friendly... More

A couple girlfriends and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and we absolutely LOVED it. We purchased a groupon for a Junior Suite and we weren't dissatisfied at all with our choice in hotel. The staff is INCREDIBLE there. At one point I felt like we were probably becoming a little annoying because we kept asking for things,... More

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Providence on 1/21. We had booked a special package called, "Shop Right, Have a Bite, Sleep Tight," that gave us a King Suite for only $119, which was less than their standard room rate for that night (the King Suite without the package was around $240 for that night). It also included... More

What a great little hotel. My husband and i spent the weekend at Hotel Providence to celebrate our anniversary. We were already planning a return visit as we drove home. The room was really nice...loved the little details like the mouldings, elegant curtains, marble floored bathroom. A great view of a beautiful church. We had a fabulous dinner at Aspire..the... More

I was fortunate enough to find an incredible season deal on the Hotel Providence website--a King Suite, $30 toward breakfast, outlet coupons, a welcome snack, etc. all for $119. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn when I come to Providence but a better price brought me to this hotel last summer. That room was fine and breakfast was great--but... More

I totally enjoyed the stay. Very clean, great central location, and the price was very reasonable. We had a King Deluxe room; both the room and bath were quite spacious. The bed was fairly soft for my taste -- but that's being particlar. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! More

This was my second stay here. The rooms are good, the staff great and the piped Christmas muzak slightly odd. I love the place and will be coming back here again. More
