As you would expect from a Hilton the location was good, the rooms were nice but nothing special. We would stay here should we ever visit Providence again more

We went for the Waterfire presentation which was wonderful. The Hilton was very accommodating and when we mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they gave us some coupons for local restaurants along with a beautiful room. I would definately stay there again. more

Hotel was very nice and clean, quiet. I enjoy most Hiltons and this one is no exception. Can't beat the location either. Very close to mall, Trinity Brew Pub, across the bridge from Federal Hill. more

Paid $159/night (on fairly short notice) for a 2-night business trip. I've only been in the room a couple of hours, but had time to check out the "pool" and "fitness room" - both of which are a massive disappointment. Unbelievable hotel... Booked on Hotwire.com for $65 plus tax. Arrived and paid the 20 dollars for self parking. Then proceeded to go to checkin, and the front desk manager, checked us in, and was very friendly, telling us about the area and about the hotel, always with a smile on his face. No problems at all. Location was very central - near the "Little Italy" area, major shopping mall, canal walk and about 15 minutes to Brown U. Rooms are spacious, clean with tremendous bedding. Staff was also very courteous and helpful. more

Prior to our stay at the Hilton, we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express - we arrived a day early. Nicer room, FREE internet in room (anywhere in the hotel or parking lot).
