On arrival we asked for extra items as there were three of us - simple items such as extra mug, extra towels, pillows. Five days later - still no sign! Cleanliness was also an issue and an old razor which was on a shelf in the bathroom was still there five days later. Coffee or soap was not replenished and... More

Spend one night here while returning from a cross country trip. The hotel itself is a bit run down; the place shows its age but the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom in our room was very small compared with the size of the room. Great water temperature and pressure in the tub/shower; lots of towels! Bedding... More

Hotel lobby inviting. Walk outside to central pool area - motel wings on either side. Room adequate, typical holiday inn ish. Stairs only to 2nd floor. Room clean, beds comfortable. Busy place with weddings, car show while we were there. Breakfast in a "meeting room" on weekend. Better than normal "chain hotel fare". Pool large and clean. Could walk into... More

I actually live in Tucson and this hotel was bought by someone else - I was a little suspect to be honest and ready to not like it very much when I went for a Scrapbook Convention type weekend. Let me assure you- the accomodations were adequate (all we needed) but the service was wonderful. I felt that the employee's... More

I was here in Tucson for work in August and the temperature here was easily in the hundreds. After checking in, as soon as you walk in to your room the A/C was already blowing ice cold which was perfect for an extremely hot day. The decor seemed like it was from the late 1990's but everything seemed clean. I... More

This place is Dated. Everthing needs a Revamp! The rooms are lacking and smell of stale smoke. The prices is Reasonable and the Breakfast was good. Overall it is ok. But if the owners need to sort the image so customers get what they are expecting! More

This hotel has potential but unfortunately is a bit run down. The rooms are mostly clean & comfortable. The full american breakfast made it worth the stay (eggs, sausage, ham, potatoes, cereals, pastries & a waffle maker). The hot tub is luke warm & filthy. The pool is only slightly better. The area & neighborhood is a bit sketchy &... More

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit to the Riverpark Inn. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed our complimentary hot breakfast during your stay. During the city construction of the the modern street car that will connect our hotel directly with the University of Arizona, things can certainly appear a bit inaccessible at first glance. Rest assured... More

I was here due to sad circumstances, but the staff, good management, along with a great breakfast and the important amenities (for me), made the accomodations a pleasure to return to each day. A bit dated, but as clean as it could be, great bed! There was a BMX competition around the corner and the hotel filled for a couple... More

I was quite disappointed with this hotel, even though the room was spacious and included a refrigerator. The hotel is located directly next to the I-10 – we could see the cars from our second floor room. There is a construction site right next door. It was very noisy inside the room because of the passing traffic and also because... More

We reserved rooms for teams attending an event at the Tucson Convention Center. We arrived in the evening and were assigned rooms in "Building C." As soon as the players entered their rooms, we started getting complaints - stained sheets and pillowcases, dirt and stains on carpets, food in the corners of the room, door locks that didn't work, and...
