The big blue house is just as advertised, a nice, quiet place to stay with all the ammenities, and not the hassle of larger hotels. Ken and Lea were fantastic, always helpful, and willing to work with my schedule. We spent 4 day`s in The Big Blue House while we were loking for a house to live a year. We are gonna study at the University of Arizona so the location was great and the beautiful rooms and the quietness makes us to fell like been in our own house, faraway from here. more

My wife and I stayed in the cottage and were delighted with it. Clean and well decorated, comfortable bed, great kitchen and perfect hosts who stocked it with cereal, milk, yogurt, juice, coffee and muffins (yum). We stayed here as a base for touring around Southern AZ and had a great time. more

The room was great, I loved that you could have breakfast in your room at your leisure, and I didn't even relize when I booked that it was in walking distance to Forth Ave - my favorite area of Tucson.
