I stayed at this property for a four nights when I was in Tucson for a conference. The rooms are very secure and all face an interior courtyard. Mine faced the pool. If the room had not been a suite it might have been noisy from the pool activitiy, but it was easy to escape to the bedroom and avoid... more

This hotel is approximately three miles from downtown, on a very busy street. Our room was in the back so there was no issue with noise, but trying to get in the gate with luggage and hands free is a hassle. Our room was fairly clean, but definitely dated. The sheets were old, and had a cheap polyester bedspread from... more

The property underwent a 5 million dollar renovation in 2004/2005. I believe this guest may have us confused with another property.

Very disappointed as we entered our room. The furniture was faded, broken down and uncomfortable. The carpets were stained. The beds were hard. The bathroom was small, old and in need of repairs. You could only flush the toilets every 5 minutes because it filled so slowly...doesn't work well with a family! We waited in line 15 minutes for the... more

Very sorry for the wait at breakfast, we were sold out the night before. There are also many buffet items available with no wait. It does take about 2 minutes per person to prepare a fresh cooked to order breakfast. The property underwent a 5 million dollar renovation in 2004/2005 and more renovations are currently underway.

We were in Tucson for a family vacation. We spent 3 nights at the Embassy Suites. I liked the hotel a lot. The suite was spacious (except the bathroom). The extra space really came in handy with a 3 year old along. The pool was very delightful and the whirlpool was very large. The breakfast was huge and had a... more

We usually stay here the night before an early flight out of TUS even though this hotel is NOT close to the airport. It's about a 15 minute drive but we avoid a much longer drive from home early in the morning by staying here. It's in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby, some within walking distance like... more

I found the room clean, quiet, spacious. the bathroom is VERY small, but the rooms are large. the decor is very dated, but, who cares for just one night. It is clean, comfortable. The check in staff is very friendly...free internet in the lobby with no hassles. The free breakfast includes making your own omlette, but you have to wait... more

We were traveling with our teen age son so we chose a suite as it was less expensive than getting him his own hotel room elsewhere. The room was very spacious. It was clean except for a mystery nasty substance-ashes? in the BR sink. We were tired and hot when we checked in so my husband just cleaned it and... more

Stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip. The rooms, although a bit dated, are large, and very clean. The grounds are very nicely landscaped, and had kind of a "mini-resort" feel to it. Breakfast was simple, but filling. Overall, I'd stay here again.... more

Great Hotel. Very handy location. The room was very quiet, large (plenty of room with our boys) and had comfortable beds. The tropical scenery in the courtyard of the hotel was beautiful. Complimentary breakfast was really good too. Not much of a view . We had a small view of the mountains but if we are ever in Tucson again... more

This hotel has a solid foundation, but is lacking in a few details. The check-in and dining/reception areas are done in an attractive architectural style, with whitewashed walls and dark beams. The hotel room vanities and sink have granite countertops, and the dark wood furniture is attractive and useful. During my visit, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Also, there... more
