I went to this hotel the first time about 18 years ago for a Conference (with my wife that at that time was my girlfriend) and we both have terrific memories of that time. We went back and, as often happens, it was a great disillusion. The hotel is experiencing an evident decline: rooms are old fashioned (and even not... More

We stayed at this hotel because it was next door to where we were attending a wedding celebration. I do not recommend this hotel. The elevator was not working and our room was on the third floor. We were not told this until we went to the elevator and found it out for ourselves. The room appeared clean when you... More

The lobby and the conference rooms are nice. The elevator was broken when I was there. The first electronic key the clerk gave me didn't work, and she said they've been having problems on the second floor keys so she put me on the first floor. WiFi access doesn't exist in the rooms (reception is much too weak). WiFi works... More

Location good but that is where it ends. Staff not trained to handle problems. Very run down. Not that clean. Had no shampoo in the bath till the 2nd day. We were there for graduation and I felt we over paid about $20 for the room in its condition. Smoke from other rooms was going through the AC and you... More

Randolph Park is the old Aztec Inn which in its day was top notch. Now the hotel is showing its age but still represents very good value. Free breakfast is okay with juice and coffee, corn flakes, muffins etc.(i dont understand how people comlpain about this? motel 6 gets you nothing!) Rooms could use flat screen t.v.'s but overall clean and safe.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for the last several years. I booked our room and we got in late during the gem and mineral shows. It was so rundown that my friend wouldn't even take her shoes off in the room and almost refused to use the shower. We would have liked to use the internet to... More

I am a native Tucsonan. I have stayed at this hotel and attended functions since it was the old Aztec hotel. We were there under extreme personal conditions and stress for almost 10 days. I would have been in no mood to tolerate indifference or rudeness in employees. Our stay was amazing. Yes, its slightly out dated but clean. (to... More

What is the most important quality for judging a hotel? Hotel amenities, location, room cleanliness, etc. are all importnat things to consider. But perhaps the most important aspect is something that we don't often factor in when evaluating a hotel; perhaps the most important quality is the hotel's "word" or "promise." If you cannot believe what the hotel staff is... More

It is an older hotel so everything is outdated and worn. There is a strong old and musty odor in the rooms. The decor looked like it was bought in the 80's.
