The staff was friendly, the motel was nice, it was close to restaurants and shopping. There is a nice courtyard in back with patio furniture and a pool. The pool water was very warm - like bath water. Free ice machine near courtyard. All rooms have exterior access. The rooms around the courtyard have patio chairs by the door. The... more

This place is the pits. My room had a dirt stained tub with a slow drain, so by the time I finished showering I stood knee deep in dirty bath water. There was a backpack in the closet from the previous guest and their left over take out container on the night stand. The alarm clock was unplugged and when... more

This was a free stay using La Qunta's "Returns" program. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked, which is way more than I can say for a lot of mid-priced motels. My husband & I are fans of the LQ chain and are rarely disappointed. The only suggestion I have for this motel--and all LQ properties for that... more

The bed was very soft and for me uncomfortable. The mattress was in good condition, no obvious dips or wear but way to soft for a comfortable night's sleep. The room was clean, breakfast was average, location fine for where we needed to be. Would recommend to someone who like a too soft bed. more

We stayed at this hotel recently while visiting family because of the close proximity to our family's home. One week before arrival we called the hotel to request a ground floor room, as one of our family members traveling has multiple sclerosis which can prevent her from walking far, let alone up and down stairs. This request was guaranteed by... more

Good experience after a long day on the road. Had no problem with my two cats. Amber at the front desk was very polite. Very soft and comfortable bed! There's a shopping area and a pretty popular bar across the parking lot. Would recommend! more

I don't see the review I posted last month. (1) Desk clerk inattentive and somewhat rude when she hung up before I could respond about room needs. Whined about computer being down, and could not upgrade room because she didn't know what they had. (2) Room did not have the roll-away for the extra child. Desk clerk said Security would... more

The room was fine.. however, let's start with the bra (from the previous guest) that was left in the bed by the cleaning when making the beds. When I received my bill from my credit card company, they not only charged me for my stay but also someone elses. I called - and tried for 2 HOURS to get someone... more

Awful. Not a typical La Quinta. Dirty. We stayed one night, parked directly outside our room, and had our car vandalized, window broken, and items taken from car. Hotel staff would not answer phone in early 6 am morning. Not a safe place to stay. more

La Quinta sent us a free night to stay in any of their hotels so when we knew we were going to Tucson, we elected to stay overnight rather than drive back home. We chose the Tucson East property on Broadway Road. We chose it because it was their highest tier hotel and was not near Tucson International Airport. We... more
