We stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Saguaro National Park. Be aware that the East side of the park is much closer to the hotel then the west. The hotel was in excellent shape and clean. The room was a nice size and very clean. We chose the breakfast plan which was convenient and had everything from yogurt to... More

The hotel itself is relatively new. Rooms are huge and roomy. It is a typical Courtyard standard - no big surprise and no disappointment. The front desk service was good. We didn't have the chance to use the hotel facilities as we were out sightseeing from morning till late night. Location-wise, it is located off the main street and you... More

This is an older property a block off the main drag of Broadway. The rooms have been significantly upgraded and include a refrigerator, but the sink area is still small and the coffee maker is on a tray in the closet, because there is no place to put it. I have been in some newer Courtyards, and this does not... More

This hotel has a small bar and food area. It would be worth it to purchase the breakfast with the booking. The Good Egg is across the parking lot for more variety. The Pita Jungle is also across the parking lot for WONDERFUL lunch or dinner. The room looks updated and nice linens. More

Stayed the weekend (2 nights). Basic but must have been remodeled lately. Beautiful decor, breakfast included. Dinner onsite was sketchy. Suggest restaurant visit like Mama Louisa's. Great flatscreen TV. Small sink area outside bathroom. Good service. More

My hubby and I used "rewards" to find a hotel in an area near the university to attend a concert on campus. Never had stayed at a Courtyard before and we were very impressed. VERY NICE, had a great courtyard view and it was booked only one day in advance through the "800" number. Very comfortable bed in a studio... More

Exceeded the standards of the typical Courtyard. Excellent location, near to shopping, restaurants, etc. Accessible to downtown and the mountains. Very warm and personable staff. Extremely clean and well maintained. More

My husband and I try to stay at this hotel every time we visit our daughter who attends the U of A. The hotel is clean, very recently renovated and offers a good value in a good location. I know that this hotel does not include breakfast, but has a bistro with many breakfast, lunch and dinner options, and does... More

Visiting relatives in Tucson, we spent 4 nights here--and I would never return for another stay. Understandably, it was during the holidays, so rooms were "refreshed" rather than cleaned. However, we had the same dirty floor, covered with small bits of black plastic, the entire time we stayed. I had to request clean cups and glasses; otherwise, the same dirty... More
