We selected Westin La Paloma for our annual Sales Conference for 130 people. Working wth the sales and conference staff to set up our event was seemless, but even better was the service and support that all our attendees received during our week long event. The resort was a fantastic backdrop for our attendees to relax as well as receive... More

I stayed here for one night during a business trip. I found the atmosphere to be rather cold. The lobby is large and not particularly inviting. The restaurant Azul has good food, though overpriced, and again, I feel that the ambience could be improved. One of the other restaurants on the property, J Bar, has great food and spectacular views... More

Within the first hour of our stay we had the bellman show us another room, had the engineer fix our A/C (he did by turning on the A/C for the entire bldg!), and requested additional towels. Every request was speedily met. Azul is a delightful restaurant; port chop was extremely tender ($26). Tapas were very large and delicious. Rooms need... More

Had a 4 night stay in February, for a work event at the resort. From the moment the cab pulled up, La Paloma feels like a special place, in part of course because of the spectacular mountain backdrop very close by, and interesting desert scape. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are very spacious and with views overlooking the mountains and... More

Thank you for posting about our associates and the amenities you had a chance to experience while at La Paloma. We will be renewing many of the areas of the resort, but this will only make the amenities that much better. Our associates will always be the best. Come back soon to try out the tennis facilities. We wish you... More

Stayed recently for a business meeting, property is well kept, rooms were okay, could used some updating. Ate at the J Bar for dinner, again nothing fantastic, but filled the need for a dinner. Service was excellent! Played golf at the Canyon and Ridge 9's, fairly difficult, greens were in horrible shape. Lots of carry shots. They wanted to charge... More

Stayed for 3 nights in February 2012 and got a conference rate of $170/night. Heard that military and govt. got a $105+$20 resort fee rate. I think the average rate is $200+. Rooms are spacious, very clean, tasteful furniture, quiet, with comfortable bed. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and are beautifully landscaped. The hotel fits in with... More

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Westin La Paloma catering and event planning staff for my wedding in April of 2011 at the Country Club. Isabel Kim and Cristina Amescua were both very attentive and went above and beyond during the planning process to make sure that the day went smoothly. There was a bit of a mix-up... More

I travel 95% of the time with my profession. I had the opportunity to stay @ this resort for more than 200 days in the last eight months. My leisure time to include the luxiourious pools and mountainous surroundings was minimal due to work. However, the overly generous hospitality and comfort that the staff provided during my very long work... More

This property, and the wonderful staff, knocked my socks off. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I didn't hear any doors, people or traffic noise at all! That's a first! The hotel staff really go out of their way to help visitors in any way they can. The hotel... More

I've made several trips to Tucson during the past five years and stayed at four different hotels. This was my third visit to the Westin La Paloma Resort, a ten-night stay. I always enjoy the quiet, beautiful setting, swimming pools and restaurants, but the Westin's staff is the biggest reason I will return. Every staff member I met went out... More
