Not sure if it was the bleach fumes from the towels or the diesel fumes from the crane that started pumping into our room at 7:15 AM that pushed me over the edge. Notified only upon check in of serious work being done on exterior. Work commenced at 7:15 AM the next morning (not 8:00 as the welcome letter stated).... more

This was a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Salem that was convenient to everything!! Our room was somewhat small, but couldn't beat the price we got on it. Hotel staff was friendly and seemed to be helpful in whatever you may need. The bartenders were great and very friendly. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again! more
