I have experienced some of the worst service at this inn. The staff's attitude is that you should be thankful to them for giving you a pillow to sleep on. Those folks could not get moved to do anything for their guests. Simple things like wake-up calls, calling a taxi, providing hair dryers, an iron and an ironing board or... more
We stayed for 2 nights and the service was awful. The rooms were nice but we will never stay there again. more
We stayed at The Inn for two nights of Valentines weekend. What spectacular accommodations! We stayed in one of the Luxury Suites, which has a spa room with an incredible whirlpool tub. The package included dinner at Nathaniels restaraunt, champagne, chocolates and breakfast. I would rate this Inn 4 stars! more
