This hotel put us up when American Airlines grounded all its planes. Excellent rate for a disgruntled and weary bunch of travelers. Very efficient staff took care of everything. Smartly located literally steps away from the Airport property. I stay here a couple of times per month for the convienence. The hotel is great to lay your head down and take a shower for those very early morning flights SAT is famous for. Get here early enough in the evening and they will treat you to three drinks!!

First time at a Pear Tree hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room clean and comfortable; as I have come to expect from this chain. My only complaint was the morning coffee which was weak and there was only powder creamer.
