This is not your normal motel 6. First, all the rooms are inside, which I guess is technically makes it a "hotel." The staff is incredibly friendly and available 24 hours. They helped me with everything from my bags to my laptop to ordering a pizza for me. Wifi is FREE, which I have never seen at Motel 6 before. The lobby is huge with a big flat screen tv, guest computers, coffee, and a real fireplace! If you have any business with Methodist hospital or the UTHSCSA campus you cannot do better or be closer, it is right across the street and you can walk or take their free shuttle service to anwhere in the medical center. And it's a free shuttel to/from the airport!! I took advantage of that and saved about $25 for a taxi each way.‎ more
