Stayed here for a business trip. Hotel was clean and quiet. Nice room layout. Breakfast was good. The hotel is within walking distance to the Riverwalk which makes it very convenient. Parking was steep but comparable to other downtown hotels

Like all Springhill Suites I have stayed at, this one was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The location is great for the downtown area attactions (Alamo, Riverwalk, etc.). It shares a fitness center and other amenities with the Fairfield Inn next door. Extremely easy to get to.

The room was way nicer than we had expected. Short walk to the Alamo and the shops. Breakfast way very good and the staff was excellent. Only downfall was the 21 dollar valet parking fee. There are only 6 or so park yourself spots and they had meters. Would recommend this motel to everyone.

Stayed here for 4 nights while in town for graduation. Excellent customer service & clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and also offered a large variety of foods. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & look forward to staying here again.

A complete nightmare. Checked into the room and the bed was not even made, trash everywhere. Asked for new sheets and had to wait 30 minutes for hotel maid service to show up. Requested wake up call which never came and to top it off they overcharged my card by $300. Staff was rude and incompetent and generally useless.

Where else can you get a breakfast on par with any Dennys? Loved this place because of the breakfast and because of the personable and helpful front desk. The beds are super comfy and the flatscreen had Golf channel during the Masters....what more could you ask?
