There is an employee there who has rude (Veronica) stated she was the manager when asked and I asked her for more towels and she couldnt tear herself away from her kid (who was behind the desk) and her husband? who it seemed was having not very discreet with... Will not ever stay there again I stayed on christmas eve... more

It was just ok - would not stay again - hotel telephone unanswered so could not contact for airport pickup - did not know it was connected to another hotel. more

First of all I dont know what the other guy on here is saying about it being unsafe. This hotel felt very secure to me. Its in a pretty good location too i mean its right off the I10. My friends and I stayed at the Econo Lodge at 6015 I-10 West while visiting San Antonio. The rooms were unclean and the management unfriendly and unprofessional.
