**Note that the hotel is North of the airport on 281 near Brookhollow. The google map has it 15 miles south of where it actually is! Very convenient location with easy highway access. Plenty of restaurants and even a grocery store nearby. Good value, clean and great location to just about everything. more

We originally booked our motel room with a competitor located two hotels down, online. We arrived at the hotel that we had booked online and were thoroughly disappointed. I have stayed in many Microtels but none like the one in San Antonio at the Northeast Location. They double charged me and refuse to give me the money they owe me. This is definatley a budget motel...there were cigarette burns in the comforter, an iron burn on the floor and worst of all there was a LARGE crack in the bath tub that had some kind of yellow texture on it. Needless to say I didn't take a shower that night and I wont be staying here again. more

Employees couldn't give directions to the hotel or from the hotel but they were nice, bed was hard, towels were the size of kitchen dish towels, ice machine broken, coke machine only takes dollars, chip machine only takes coins, limited parking. The best thing was that it was clean smelling. I would still stay at Microtel but not this. more

I agree with the other reviewer. Just know that this is a budget hotel before booking. I usually stay at higher scale hotels and was delighted by my experience. There was nothing in the stay but a clean and functional room with extra amenities - kitchenette, dining area, couch and coffee tabe, plus an extra sitting area near the window.... more
