I booked on the telephone and asked for the price including all taxes. I was given a price of $109.69 and I confirmed the price as including all taxes. I received a confirmation number and give that to the individual I booked the room for. When he went to check out he was told the price would be $120.69 and my card was charged that. The room was not clean and the staff was very unprofessional. I called the hotel when I found out and got a runaround. Stay away from this place and tell all. more
