I have stayed here since December, and the following have occurred:

-numerous vehicle break-ins
-rates increased $20 (the rate increase is not for security)
-laundry mat price increased 50%
-a dryer that has not been working properly for weeks and continue to take resident change.
-HBO has not been available for 7-days now and counting.
-$10 charge for the internet.
-great staff, horrible regional manager (refuse to refund me for the malfunctioning dryer, and charged me $2.50 to send a fax without informing me of the charges).
-VP keep your credit card and driver license on file that I am currently fighting to have deleted.
