This hotel is quite new. The furnishings are nice and the rooms are of a good size with a refrigerator and a little sitting area and desk area next to the bed. Some of the rooms have sofas and some of them have large chairs w/coffee tables.

The mattress was rather hard.

We could hear every footstep (thud on your head) the person above us took. We could also hear plainly any conversations going on in the hallway. The lack of soundproofing in a brand new hotel is pretty discouraging. Don't stay in a room close to the elevator, the elevator's electronic "dings" are unbelievably loud and are readily audible inside the rooms nearby.

The land line nor the ethernet worked nor could the staff get them working. The wireless internet worked fine, however.

I'd consider staying here again if there were no other alternative in the area and if I could get a room on the top floor corner. It is conveniently located right off of the northern loop... more
