My husband & I combined a conference visit plus a couple of days for R&R to spend a week in San Antonio . The King William Manor was a gem, a wonderfully restored manor home with all the comforts and a fabulous breakfast. King William Manor is located in the fascinating historic area of SA. It was just a 10... more

Great accomodations, superb food, located in an absolutely gorgeous historic area, across from art galleries and easy walking distance to the downtown. Surrounded by great restaurants that are not chains. Really worth visiting. more

We brought friends from England to stay & what a high standard Tim & Brian set! The house is beautiful, the rooms clean, comfortable & tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were delicious. We parked the car for a couple of days & walked or rode the trolley everywhere. We'll be back! more

The owners were very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. It was decorated more traditional than victorian. Men would love it. It is in an excellent location...in walking distance to the River Walk and restaurants. The breakfast was prepared by the owner and was delicious served in the dining room of the victorian house built in the 1800's. Email... more

We want to echo all the excellent reviews here: Tim and Brian were wonderful, accommodating hosts, the location fantastic, great breakfasts. We stayed in the Veranda room in the original building ... wonderful space, walk-through windows to a spacious second-story porch perfect for morning reading and late afternoon wine. The neighborhood is beautiful and interesting, with many local restaurants as... more

This B&B is fabulous. Brian and Tim are perfect hosts, and we felt so welcome there. Every little thing was perfect, down to the chilled glasses for our orange juice. The breakfast was SO DELICIOUS and creative both mornings - I wouldn't have changed a thing. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was beautiful as well.... more

King William Manor offers the best of San Antonio. In my many travels to the city I'd never experienced the King William area before and it was such a delight. It's a beautiful neighborhood for touring and walking and King William Manor is just a couple of blocks from the Riverwalk. King William Manor is beautiful, relaxing, and our hosts... more

My wife and I stayed at this charming B&B while in San Antonio on the homeward leg of our Deep South road trip of 2009. We had driven from Calgary Canada to Savannah Ga along I-10 and then a circular route through the Carolinas, AL, MS, LA, and Texas. We chose the King William Manor on the recommendation from a... more

Staying at King William Manor was a delightful experience. My husband and I were greeted by Tim upon our arrival. He was friendly and gracious as he showed us around the manor and took us to our room. The Manor is beautiful: tastefully furnished with period pieces and fabrics; an amazing staircase and woodwork; and immaculately kept grounds with lovely... more
