The location is ideal and the staff friendly...about the only good things we can say about this inn. Our recent 4 night stay was a girl's getaway to San Antonio. The Inn on the Riverwalk met all the expectations of our reunion group i.e. great location, great service and comfortable rooms. The staff was most helpful with reguards to excursions, tours and restaurants.

Poorly maintained b&b. jacuzzi tub/Wifi/lighting doesn't work. No toilet paper. Ancient, uncomfortable mattress. All the selling points that brought me and my girlfriend here for a romantic few nights were broken and not installed right to begin with. It's like they got their sketchy unlicensed friend to renovate. Many similar reviews with absolutely no effort to rectify complaints. DONT COME... More

I saw some bad reviews, but we never had any trouble. The Inn was recommended by a co-worker that stays every time she travels to San Antonio. Our experience was wonderful. Our stay was great it was lovely the staff was great Maria , joe, Margaret & Lydia they were super nice, the rooms were great couldn't ask for anything more nice ..our view was awesome had cottage 22 the fireplace was nice, the room was clean everything was nice

We rented 2 rooms, Cottage #22 & #23, at the Inn. The location was awesome, but the rooms weren't! The toilet seat was broken, the TV remote didn't work, the blinds were missing their pull cords, the bathtub grout was moldy, etc. There was no such thing as housekeeping except for dropping off clean towels & picking up used ones.... House is homey with small baths in need of some paint, new grout.... Staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the neighborhood for walking. Breakfasts were average and better than hotel continentals. Internet was intermittent. Good value and would stay here again if in San Antonio.
