Great locationclose to mall, river walk and convention center. Nice rooms. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Kids liked the pool. Only complaint is $33 for parking seems a bit steep to me when you already pay $250 per night for the room. more

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The room even had a really nice flat screen TV. It is attached to the mall...so everything you need is right there. We went to the movies, and there is a comedy club as well. It was rainy and I was very happy that we stayed here because we didnt have to go outside. Onsite parking is $25. I think valet is $33. BREAKFAST was fantastic!!! Dinner in the restaurant... more

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. I like it because the hotel is clean, the Lobby is very attractive and the location is excellent. Just steps away from the rivercenter mall and the riverwalk. Additionally the staff was friendly from the time we arrived until checkout. Would definitely stay here again! more

This is one of the best hotel experiences I can remember. It started at check-in. A large group of convention attendees entered the hotel at once and their organization of staff for checkout was unbelievable. I came in off of a shuttle full of 50 random people and had my keys in five minutes. Service.. great.. Restaurants.. great... The Bar...... more

I traveled with my boyfriend who was there on business. I had a wonderful time to relax and shop and eat! We were able to walk around to different places whether at the hotel are within blocks from the hotel as we did not rent a car. A car was not needed at this location.
